Shaban Rejeb Shaban - creator and head of the company SR ENGINEERING EOOD. Born in 1984 in Bulgaria, lived for some time with his parents in Turkey. He graduated from the Technical School in Istanbul, where he studied mechanical design. He continued his education at the Sofia Technical University, leaving it as a certified mechanical engineer. He worked in the Istanbul representative office of Mercedes-Benz, in a number of Bulgarian companies. Since 2011 he has been developing his own business. His company SR ENGINEERING took part in the reconstruction of airports in Varna and Burgas, in innovative projects of the LUKOIL company. Dimitar Sharenkov, head of the architectural studio "Sharenkov Architects" participated in the creation of projects for more than 100 residential buildings, mansions, hotels, commercial and administrative buildings in Bulgaria and Romania. Among them are such well-known projects as Marina Dinev in St. Vlas, Trinity Building and Flora Panorama in Burgas, Dolce Vita in Sofia and others. The last project of arch. Sharenkov is a multifunctional complex Central Park in Burgas, which uniquely combines office and residential buildings in the green environment of this seaside city. In 2014 he was awarded the diploma "Architect of the Year 2014" for the Hotel Villa Roma in Nesebar. He holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) in Sofia.
Kalina Panteleeva - co-author of the architectural project and designer of The Shine Residence Pomorie (abbreviated as Shine Plaza). Born and raised in Moldova in a family of Bessarabian Bulgarians. Father is an honored artist of Moldova. In Chisinau, she graduated from high school and an architectural institute. She continued her education at the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I. E. Repin (now the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts. Author and performer of more than 120 interior and exterior design projects in Bulgaria, Russia, Great Britain and Cyprus. reconstruction of the historical monument "Grand Hotel London" in Bulgaria - was awarded the prestigious European award for "the best restoration of historical monuments in Europe in 2003" Lives in Varna, speaks Russian, Bulgarian, English.
