What will this house be like 

Shine Residence  was originally designed as  luxury house. In the architectural concept of the building , classical forms of architecture are combined with modern technologies and advanced design solutions. During the construction  only high-quality materials were used, which are guaranteed to provide property owners with excellent quality housing for year-round living on the Black Sea coast.

Foundation: massive cast concrete of a special type, which provides increased seismic resistance of the building and a high level of waterproofing.

External walls and thermal protection: during the construction of the building, a hollow heat-saving brick 25 centimeters thick was used , on the outside the thermal insulation was reinforced with a 10 cm layer of expanded polystyrene (EPS), on the inside of the premises - 3 centimeters of gypsum putty.
